Well after the second rep has checked all by drivers, settings, security and firmware, he has agreed to arrange for me to send the laptop back to be serviced or replace the wifi card if required. I did mention in my previous post that the firmware was checked to be the most up to date. I appreciate you help but I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
