Everything is uniformed and organized. Overall good experience. Was this review helpful? Yes No. Report Share. Excellent company. Profesional grow opportunities. This statement has the following main parts: Being the best. Create a winning culture. Pros profesional grow opportunities. Cons Very fast working environment. They will never remember you even if your a National achiever. They want diversity and inclusion so bad they are overlooking really good people who are actually qualified. Often middle upper management keeps leaving a corporate mess for the next one to fake it till they make it like the one before did.

Pros Lots of retail locations, to deal with retail type clients. You will get promoted is your a female or diverse. Cons Many levels of management, above the BM, truly do not seem to know what they are doing and what real life is like in the branches, They are all so good at reading Powerpoints, Good example here of its all about who you know not how good you are at your job.

Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No. The company is customer focused and puts employees and customers as a priority. A huge focus on culture and supporting a culture of inclusivity. The Bank gives back to communities in need at a national level and specifically challenging communities. Pros Great reputation for innovation. Cons Back office support has been challenging thru Covid.

The work culture is OK the manager suck the benefits are OK the pay is OK I would look elsewhere for a job and a large national bank some of the managers are very cutthroat. Would you rate your company five stars? Rate your employer to help people make better career decisions.

I work as a branch manager Company puts a big focus on calling. Company cares about culture and also investing in people. Chase had a great overall culture and really good benefits. Upper management always had good message and intent. But, it didn't always cascade down to the branches like it should have. I was a branch manager for almost 15 years, and our branches were constantly understaffed and management was over worked.

Expected to work open to close and perform all job duties in the branch when short on staff, which was more often than not. Annual bonuses were supposedly in our control due to hitting branch goals, however there were many factors out of our control. Very customer centric company which I liked. Great with technology and resources. Sales goals too high in many cases or unobtainable for all branches, not one size fits all.

I wish upper management would have a better understanding of what is really happening in the branches and how stressful it could be. I was unfortunately given severance package and laid off after almost 17 years employment there, ultimately due to covid. I would work there again. What you'll do. Who we're looking for. What we offer. On-the-job experience You may be developing new product features, implementing profitability strategies, building campaigns to increase customer loyalty or developing risk-based models. My current job is on the Lending Innovation Team. My team's role is to look at the lending industry and kind of turn it upside down, see what consumers are really looking for in that space and then leverage that to come up with new products.

I kind of do a variety of things. I manage the demand management aspect of it, uh, where I'm really looking at what kind of resources do we need to execute each phase and how do we get those resources when we need them and what exactly we need. Anything from banners to email, anything that's driving that awareness but also driving the kinds of consumer behaviors that we're looking for.

Another part of it is also driving the consumer experience.
